Advice greatly appreciated.

Hello all. My SO and I are at the point in our lives where we would like to start a family. I'm 32, have Endometriosis, and have had one of my ovaries removed. In May, at 9 weeks, I was told the baby had no heartbeat and I MC'd. We have been trying, but I only ovulate every other month. Does anyone know if your ovulation cycle resets or continues the same as before? We are getting married next fall and I am unsure on whether to wait to TTC or just go for it. I don't really want to be pregnant at my wedding.
