Constant burning

I'll be 16w this weekend, and I'm dealing with extremely uncomfortable vaginal burning. It's there almost all the time but gets worse when I pee. There is no itching, no abnormal discharge. I had bv once about a month and a half ago but had no symptoms, this is pretty new for me and it's lasted about a week. Definitely not a UTI either. Anyone else dealing with this? I think it's weird that the burning isn't accompanied by anything else.
