Going to my obgyn tomorrow

My periods have been super inconsistent since December 2014... Between 26-36 days. I used to have a normal 28 day cycle prior to that. We also have been TTC for the last 5 months with no luck. My first two children were conceived first month... So I'm worried something is wrong. Am I silly for going in? I feel like she's going to turn me away after only trying 5 months..
