So around 7 weeks I had a "bleed" that freaked me out something fierce! After a bunch of ultrasounds and a few ER trips I was diagnosed with sub chorionic hematoma (aka blood clot).  I have had a few scary heavy bleed episodes and even though they didn't see it in the last ultrasound I still get spotting. Does anyone else have a similar situation? The doctor says everything is fine and baby is growing but even at 12 weeks it freaks me out!  Thanks!💖
