Ovulation week bleeding?????

Ashley • I am 25 and we are avoiding pregnancy. I just had my first baby so we are waiting a while before having our second.
So I finished ovulation week and for some reason I had cramps bad back pain and now I have spotting. What could it be? scared to test.... what should I so?
