Help!!! Bleeding!!

So this is the third day in a row I have bled. Day one it was light but not spotting. The color was bright red. My dr had me come in and do an hcg test and I was at 5000. The next day was spotting brown. Almost nonexistent... Today though, I soaked through my jeans. It's bright red but no cramps... I'm scared and my dr hasn't called back... What do you think?! (5 weeks and 6 days preg)
