I think the liquid is way better when it comes to boasting your progesterone. But I did take those last year and got pregnant that ended with a painful miscarriage. 😔 best of luck

I've heard the saying "there's a baby in every bottle"....So i want to try it but I'm trying to avoid the taste lol so does the pill form work the same and at what point during your cycle do you start taking it?
