Help advice please

4 days late and started spotting pink then brown then a little darker pink again only brown discharge on pad since 8 am this morning sorry if tmi I'm just stressing what's going on is it my period am I pregnant ? ???

Ttc #1 over 2 years had an internal ultrasound to look at my cysts yesterday idk if that makes a difference I have a tilted uterus so it was painful and I had to arch my back an rase my butt in the air.... but what I'm asking is could I be pregnant ??has this happened to any of you before any advice comment is welcome
