E-cigarettes during pregnancy?

Please give reasons for/against.. Before I got pregnant I was a smoker, since finding out (I'm 30weeks) I stopped. I'm going through a hard time atm and ugh I'd do anything for a cigarette but I've resisted so far.. Would an e-cigarette help my craving? I'd buy one with the liquids that are 0% nicotine.
