Left overs and pregnancy
So before I got pregnant I would meal prep my lunches for 4 days ahead. I just started back.up 2 weeks ago. On day #2 of my prepped meal I got sick within a few hours. TMI (diarrhea) so I decided not to eat my last two meals figuring something was tainted. I didn't prep last week, but this week I made some chicken, roasted veggies, and rice. I just ate my second meal for the week and again, within an hour I was running to the bathroom. It's just so odd that this never happened before I was pregnant. I completely changed up what meal I made as well. So is it possible that whatever small amount of bacteria might have formed while refrigerated, my body just can't process during pregnancy? I hate to throw out the other two meals but at this point I'm scared to eat them..
