What is it 😳

I , like any normal healthy female get regular check ups .. I haven't been diagnosed with any STD .. But I've noticed that every time it's time for my cycle , I get these open sores around my area .. It ONLY comes during my cycle -& leaves when it's over . I'm sure it's not herpes .. But what could it be ? I was thinking maybe something with my PH balance ..? 😕
