Wait or hospital!!!

I don't want to eat or drink I am pretty much forcing myself too. I have severe body aches. I don't want to move. I just want to lay down. I blew my nose today and stuff that ive never seen before came out. My ears keep popping like there is water in them. And on top of that my baby is moving a lot. Idk if that's because my placenta is in front and he moved into a certain spot where I can barely feel him or he just isn't moving. Idk what to do. All the little urgent care places are closed now. Idk if I should wait it out or go to the hospital just to be safe. Idk:(
