Going off my last period, I'd be 7 weeks 4 days.  My transvaginal ultrasound made the doctor think I'm either not as far along or something isn't right.  They took blood to check my hcg levels.  We saw the yolk sac against the top of uterus and not a noticeable heartbeat.  They also found a good sized cyst next to my uterus.  I go back for blood work next Wednesday to check my hcg levels and have another ultrasound next Thursday to see if anything has changed.  I'm SO scared...sad...worried!  I've been in tears all evening.  I'm trying to think positive...like maybe I'm not as far as I thought.  Can anyone please give me hope or more knowledge here...I'm freaking out!!!  😢
