I just miscarried I was 6 weeks with my first and had heavy bleeding this morning with horrible cramps... It was confirmed by ultrasound and I'm currently in the painful process both physically and mentally. My doctor said I can start trying in 4-6 weeks after everything passes. Does this mean not to have sex at all until then? I know I passed the sac I saw it clearly... Bleeding is slowly getting lighter. I just don't know what to expect as far as when to have sex again and when to really start trying. My husband and I really want our miracle baby! Definitely a devastating day... Any other advice on what to expect and how to make things better is greatly appreciated ❤️
