So I am very new to this....still learning all the acronyms! My husband and I have been TTC since Feb. I have had irregular periods in the past, had surgery in 2008 for ovarian cysts, and was put on birth control. I have been on and off of it ever since. I went off it again in February, this time to try for a baby. This is the second time since then that I have had a late period, but this time feels a bit different. I think (if I counted right) that I am on about day 59 of my cycle.....my last period was at the end of July. I also am having some intense lower back pain, and cramping in my lower abdomen, and I feel bloated and tired. I have had some mild heartburn and headaches as well, but no tender breasts or nausea. This may sound weird, but I feel a weird pressure and stretching between my hips, and it's just achy and sore. I know all of this could just be hormones getting ready for AF and I'm reading too much into it. I took 2 pregnancy tests a week/ a week and a half ago, both were negative. I'm afraid to take another and have it be negative too. I don't want to have my hopes crushed again. I have an appointment with my doctor in a week, going to try to hold out until then. Anyone else experience anything similar? Any advice? Thanks ladies!
