Need advice

Jessica • I have a 1 year old son. It didn`t work out with his father so I raised him alone. I`m 24 and my son is my world.
I had slight bleeding after intercourse Sunday night and now I'm experiencing tender boobs some nausea crazy heartburn and have to use the bathroom a lot. Could it be a sign I'm pregnant or am I crazy?
