PCOS or just cysts?

Question

If you have ovarian cysts does that mean you have PCOS? I got a transvaginal ultrasound a few weeks ago and it said I had small cysts on both ovaries and a large one on the right, also that the right ovary was double the size of the left but my primary care provider said it's normal?

I have had cysts for years and not pcos. I have endometriosis. We worked with a fertility specialist to figure out what was going on so I know exactly what my issues were. Just cause you have cysts does not mean pcos.

I have pcos and I don't have any cysts that I  know of

I've had pcos but you don't always have cysts with it. I had a benign orange sized tumor and my left ovary removed last year and I have a very small benign tumor on my right ovary that we are watching. I have a small cyst too
