When should I see my Dr?

I'm 4 weeks pregnant tomorrow the 18th of September I can't get into see my usual Dr who works in obstetrics until the 12th of October so I'll be like 7 weeks by then I can see a normal gp tomorrow or another obstetrician on the 6th. Is it okay to wait until the 12th to see my usual Dr?

I'm 4 weeks today. My doctor waits until you're 9-10 weeks so my appointment isn't until October 27th. Seems so far away and I'm really anxious, but everyone says it's normal so I'm trying my best to trust that it's OK to wait that long. Good luck :)

It's normal for them to make you wait that long. I'll see my Ob oct 5th and I will be just short of 9 weeks.

It's  fine to wait for your doctor. My doctor will only see patients after week 8 as  a rule (unless there's  something to worry about of course). I have my first appointment at 8 and a half weeks

Most Drs won't see you until you are like 6 to 8 weeks or even later than that. I have my first appt on the 28th and I will be 8 weeks. As long as you're not having severe cramps or bleeding or don't feel like anything is wrong I would say you're ok to wait.
