Pregnant after laparoscopic surgery?

Question

I had intercourse 6 says after my OP. I'm waiting to test but am having the same symptoms I did when I was pregnant with my first child. 
Has anyone else conceived this soon after laproscopic surgery? Is it even possible to conceive that soon after my OP?
We have been trying for a long time, so I'm really wanting this to be true. 
Anyone with success stories out there??

I conceived 3 months after my lap!

I had my lap (stage 4) done 5 months ago and will still keep on trying (currently on Femara now too). Good luck :)

I had a laparoscopic surgery set for the 20th of but turns out I was pregnant so we canceled it with joy! But a week later I misscarried. Really wish I got the surgery to remove the endo now I have to wait

Had my lap in August and we're still TTC. Hope it happens soon!!

Following just had lap and hsg test yesterday he removed some endo and a bunch of scar tissue hoping I concieve next cycle 🙏
