Scientific Studies on Ovulation Prediction

I have been tracking my BBT and have been a little worried this month because my temps didn't show I ovulated. I reveived a pos OPK and EWCM though, so what am I supposed to believe?

I went to my trusty PubMed to look at some studies that have been performed.

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/24845657

The first one showed that BBT was not the primary way to check for ovulation. (CM and OPKs are the way to go)

The second one showed more directly that BBT just isn't as accurate as OPKs and CM.

There are SO many articles online, these are just two randoms I found, and honestly I only read the abstracts, but I will be researching it more later today. It made me feel a lot better about my funky BBT chart.
