Terrified of a miscarriage

I'm 4-5 weeks pregnant, we found out yesterday. And I can't get the fear of a miscarriage out of my head. Every cramp I get I run to the bathroom to see if there's blood. I don't want to lose this baby I've wanted for so long. I had a miscarriage when I was 17. Does anyone else feel this way. Help I feel like I'm going crazy.
