I used soft ups and got my BFP after the first month of using w/ preseed, I think they helped bc it keeps all the cum and Soren basically on you cervix for up to eight hours!!! Good luck and baby dust to you💕

That's just the semen that comes out. The sperm is sent where it needs to go almost immediately. Most of what you see coming out isn't the stuff that is going to get you pregnant. You can sit with your legs up for a few minutes but it's really not necessary. I used Preseed which is pretty much the same as conceive plus and eventually did get pregnant. But I had to use clomid as well due to a blocked tube. Good luck!

I have the same problem, what I do is put a pillow or two under my butt && lay there like that for bout 10-15 minutes.. It feels silly it looks funny, but it works!

Is this like a diaphragm or cup? Many people use a cup or diaphragm to capture seen in and place cup over cervix to allow sperms to go into cervix instead of running out. This is an unconventional method and according to glow (but no where else) that it doesn't matter if the sperms comes out cause it only takes seconds for seen to get to the cervix but I would say  stay laying down for a few minutes with legs in air. But helpful hint is to make sure you cum with him. This makes your vagina muscles tense and relax and doctors say that this contraction can make more seen flow into the opening of the cervix.
