Does anyone take emergen-c while pregnant?

Those are water soluble vitamins and your body will flush out what it doesn't need... Meaning you can't have toxic amounts of vit c floating around. Your prenatals should have everything you need and you could be just wasting your Emergency (pee out) if you take it too.

According to everything I've read it's safe during pregnancy, but it never hurts to double check with your doctor

My doctor wanted me to start drinking 2 packets a day to get more of a vitamin that I can't remember the name of because I hard dark pigmentation around my lips that could suggest a deficiency in that vitamin. And she also said that it had B vitamins in it which should help with my nausea too.. I have a hard time stomaching it though so only drink a packet every once in awhile...
