Nipple piercing?

Anyone have their nipples pierced? I'm currently thinking about getting them done but I want to know the pros and cons of getting them done. Anything I need to know before and after getting them pierced?

If offered to be iced down, take it! I've had mine for a little over a year. Increased sensitivity for sure!! Complete healing time is anywhere between 2-4 years, don't soak, have them sucked on or played with, or swim for 6-8 weeks; showers are ok, clean piercings with warm water and hypoallergenic scent free soap. It will be painful for a few days. Sleep with your bra on but if that's too uncomfortable then sleep on your stomach. You want to keep pressure on your nipples for the first 1-2 weeks but after that you're free to sleep however you like. Tell your man to be careful with nipple play as you need to learn new limits and when the play is too rough. I will repeat: DO NOT SOAK, SWIM, OR LET THEN BE PLAYED WITH OR SUCKED OB FOR 6-8 WEEKS. This is very important. Good luck and, if you decide to get these piercings, speedy healing :)

Get a lady piercer I got mine done by a man and he did them crooked because he was to busy staring at my tits >.< they did make my nipples more sensitive too.

I do and it was the best decision. I love them and they make me feel so confident. Great for small breasted women who feel like they've got nothing going on :( I actually love my little boobs now lol

Yes, and I love them. It was painful but worth it. Find a reputable piercer. Keep them very clean--saline rinses 3--5x a day + wash with unscented, antibacterial soap.

Wear sports bras or bralettes the first couple weeks, and don't touch/play with them. It takes a long time to heal but they should stop hurting after a few months. Rinse them off if you get sweaty.

Be careful not to snag them in the shower or when getting dressed. Use high quality, surgical steel grade piercings.

I had gotten mine done and it didn't even hurt and was over fast. Take two Ibuprofen right before you get it done. Try not to sleep on your stomach for a couple days, for me it felt like it took forever for them to heal. I love them!

Didn't hurt to get them but healing was a pain in the ass. I have bigger boobs and smaller nipples so I was constantly (accidentally) hitting them or rubbing them when changing. Finally after 7 months I couldn't take the healing pain. Because my nipples are small the barbells implanted into my areola and that was extremely painful. I was great about keeping them clean and not swimming or soaking them but it was by far the worst piercing I've gotten

Just be prepared that the healing takes almost a year. I got mine done three years ago and took them out a few months ago when I got pregnant because my tits hurt so bad, it did not stop the hurting and now I miss them.

I got mine done when I was younger. They never fully healed because they were always rubbing on my bra. I've had a lot of piercings and that's the only one I didn't like.
