Sometimes during ovulation, I have the worst pain to were I can hardy stand straight or have sex. It's no all of the time this happens, and would like to know if this could be related to pcos, endometriosis? I also cramp for over a week very light when af is coming and when af arrives it get bad and last about 2days. After period goes off I start to spot dark brown or dark red sorry TMI. Thought I'll get some advice. I go to my obgyn Oct 5th. Thanks for you help.
