Spotting ????help

4 days late started spotting pink then brown then watery red all within one day... second day of spotting (today 17th) continues to stay red. Had sex the 15th also had a painful internal ultrasound the 15th looking at cysts on my ovaries and my tilted uterus. I'm worried I'm having a miscarriage what do you guys think?
