So.... Um my boyfriend wants to do anal and we have tryed and I can't do it I get tense and it all goes bad he's tryed to get me to relax but I cant, I really wanna try it but I need advice on how to relax please help?

Steps to having successful anal sex:
1. Maintain open and honest two way communication before, during, and after the experience. 
2. Lubrication is a must. Don't be afraid to get in there with the lube and don't use it sparingly. Lube is important! Thicker lubes tend to work better, but stay away from Vaseline and the like, especially as a beginner. Water-based lubes like Astroglide work well with condoms, and olive oil also works wonderfully (just not with condoms or toys).

The first couple times inevitable are not the best, and if you don't do it often enough, it can still be a little rough.
