Pelvic pain

I have a history of pelvic pain and this week I've been in bed with the pain. I noticed today I started bleeding, period like bleeding though my regular period ended 10 days ago. I'm taking Benadryl to make myself sleep because I have nothing for the pain. I'm not sure what to do, because my doc will say go to the emergency department. Not sure what to do, I'm starting to hurt again and just tired of feeling like no one believes this pain.... Please help
