Late period negative blood test

I'm at a point where I don't know what to do. My period is five days late! My test are negative to the eye but Kayla is pulling two lines some how lol I had a blood test done today which came back negative. However yesterday I had very light pink spotting like four times when I wiped and that was it. I'm wondering if it is late implantation bleeding and to soon for a blood test to pick it up. I'm usually never late. My stomach has had this pinching feeling though not like AF cramps!! Lol help anyone have any hope. My doctor said I can have implantation bleeding up to six weeks.
