3rd trimester: When did you start getting updates on baby's weight estimate & checked for dilation?
I'm 35 weeks now and haven't had an U/S since week 22. I hear it's normal to not have another if my pregnancy is healthy. Ok.
And now since week 30 they just measure my belly with a tape and weigh me to make sure I'm on track with weight gain and baby's growth.
I'm 36 weeks on Sunday and starting to go weekly for check ups. At what point do they check for dilation? Or give any info as to baby's weight or growth? I haven't had any info on baby since that last U/S regarding weight/growth/etc.
As a FTM & I guess I'm just stressing because I've had an early labor scare already last weekend and am wanting to know baby's weight and my dilation to put my mind at ease in case of early labor. And I constantly have people asking how much baby is estimated to weigh. I'm wondering is it normal to just not check ever? Am I going to get any info before delivery or is this standard?
