So all of a sudden my milk supply dropped off! I pump about 4/5 times a day but yesterday for some reason I never felt I was"engorged" & I usually get about 4 oz out if each breast when I pump. And even over night when I get the most usually about 10/12 oz all together... I only got 4 ounces all together!!! I admit I'm not eating the best. Partially cause I feel like nothing is satisfying. And I'm really stressed about other stuff. I am drinking plenty. I'm drinking 2 cups of coffee & water & apple juice thruoit the day. I wish I knew what was going on. Just need encouragement. I wa freezing 10 ounces a day & yesterday I didn't freeze anything & I don't see me freezing anything today either.
