Which one should I take?

I'm 19 and I want to start taking birth control, but I don't know which one to take. I'm scared of gaining weight and don't want to choose the wrong one.

I loved both Ortho tri cyclene and the current method I have which is the IUD called Skyla.

I have PCOS, and both if these helped me maintain and lose weight.

My best advice if one doesn't work out, try it for 3 months then switch to another. That was how my OB and I treated my PCOS
