Cramping left side
Anyone else experience cramping or pain in left side of stomach region? Idk if it's gas buildup or not, it's been happening almost daily and lasts awhile or until I lay down and stretch. It's a cramp that feels like it takes my breaths away so, maybe it is gas or buildup? Any thoughts?
