What would you do. ?

So my OB is the kind of doc that is "chill" about everything!!! His saying is " it's really hard to miscarry" and I didn't like that comment since I miscarried in April.  Well On Thursday I had an apt with him to check on my bleeding and do the NT ultrasound,  well he didn't even ask me if bleeding had stopped,  he didn't even check anything,  didn't even give me a note to resume work so now I want to find another OB.  Thoughts? Would you change OB?
