Symptoms?

Are there any women out there had symptoms sooner then what they say you can have them?

Ive been pregnant 3 times before, unfortunately ive had a miscarriage all three times, which I was told was excepted me being diabetic. But with each time I felt symptoms sooner and sooner. This would be my 4th time trying, and I've been extremely moody and irritable and have had to pee 4-5 times in one night when usually I dont ever wake up.

Am I just crazy or has anyone else experienced this?
