Breastfeeding moms help
Hi ladies I recently had my first baby boy who I've been breastfeeding since he was born. I took depo because it was recommended but my periods are over 3 weeks long and my skin has gotten so bad... Not to mention bloat and weight gain. It's making getting back in shape so hard plus with my skin acting up I'm feeling so down.
It's almost time to get another one but I'm so fed up that I'm looking for another option. What is the best birth control method for breastfeeding moms???? I need your help and opinions! Thanks much in advance.
