I wear a ring with a sapphire (my husband's birth stone) on my right hand, and I recently had a ring made with the March birthstone as a reminder of the baby we lost, who would have been born March 10th.

I haven't opened up to a lot of people about my miscarriage, and I find it very comforting to be able to look down at my hand when I'm having a hard time, and see my little family represented on my finger, even if no one else knows what the ring is for.
