Weird period

So I had a D&C early June. Ever since my period has been a little crazy but I could tell it's getting back to normal. Except my past cycle was so weird (at least for me). It only lasted 2 days and was extremely thin and watery and very bright red. TMI but it was almost like I was peeing blood all day. So gross and unusual for me. Now even though I feel every symptom under the sun of pregnancy I'm not naive enough to think I'm pregnant. Just curious if anyone has this normally or if it is a sign of anything else.
