How mad should I be?

I haven't seen my SO in about a week. We had plans to have a movie night tonight and he bails. Starts off with his friends are begging him to stay, makes it seem like he's still coming, and then finishes it off with it's raining too hard to drive.  I'm not mad at all. I'm so hurt because he got my hopes up. But I'm curious what do you ladies think? Should I be mad? If so, how mad?

You know you've found the one and you're in a healthy relationship if you're capable of being away from each other, but neither of you like it one bit. He's not the one for you, find someone who loves being with you!

If he really loved you, he wouldn't be able to not see you after a week. You couldn't and still can't keep my husband from seeing me especially after a week. Not saying we dont have our own hobbies and such and I fly back east to see family without him once in awhile, but if your not top priority find someone who will treat you that way.
