Underwear Stains

I literally can't wear underwear without staining them. Whether I'm on my period or not, they always come out of the wash with light marks on dark underwear or dark marks on light ones... I don't know what causes it. Is it discharge that I don't notice? Urine? Does anyone else have this problem?
