So I've been on birth control pills for a month. 2 days before my placebo pills I threw one of my pills up. I finished my placebo pills and I am now on my 6th active pill of the next packet. Do you think it would be ok to engage in sex?

Did you take a pill from a spare pack after you threw the one up? If not, wait until you have taken the eighth pill of this pack. You have been unprotected for about three weeks if that's the case, and you should not have taken the placebo week.
