STD story

So I've been with my SO for going in a year now I got tested around our 4th month of dating only to find out I was positive for chlamydia, we got treated can't detect who gave who because I was still dealing with my ex as well having protected and unprotected sex with him I know how foolish of me, I was in a two way love affair, so back to topic since I've been with my SO over the last 4-6 months I've been having discharge ( infertility ) ever since I've had a miscarriage I've been very infertile so I didn't think anything of it I got tested a few weeks ago because I was yeast infection symptoms but way worse no burning though TMI I was itchy ass hell so I tested positive again for chlamydia, we did have sex protected and unprotected before the 7day period, I've gotten treated and also purchased antibiotics just to be sure I'm clean this time I want even kiss him in the mouth or eat or drink from him he feels offended but he needs to understand and respect the fact I don't want to risk getting infected again  I want kids one day I need to keep my system healthy, he has not been treated yet they pushed his appointment back and the other local free clinic want be testing anytime soon, I'm just reaching out to you guys to share this story to never be afraid to get tested and ashamed to talk to it about it to your SO, my SO didn't blame me or get mad at me I mean how could it I haven't cheated since forever and had already got tested and treated could he be cheating ? I don't know you can never put anything past someone yes i cheated in the past I'm not proud of it, me and him have been in and off, I just advise people if you cheat to use protection and never do oral never put your SO someone YOU love at risk never be that selfish and low HIV & AIDS are real you guys are free to lead feed back please nothing to negative
