Contractions
I am 40 weeks + 2. I have been having contractions every 30 minutes since yesterday. Just wondering what happened to you ladies after this? How long did it take for your contractions to get more painful or speed up. Would this mean I am in labour or not yet?
Also a side note any recommendations on how to progress my labour?
