Pain during sex during ovulation week????

Davee • 05/31/09 and 05/23/16 Both are my rainbow babies!
I read online that pain during sex can happen around the time of ovulation because of the cervix being lower and softer I think is what it said... Anyone ever experience this??? I never usually have pain during sex, but for a couple of days this week it felt like he was hitting my left ovary. I also had left sided pain this week and going by my cycles this is the week I should be ovulating...
