Is using Veet safe?

My hair has grown out of control and I don't know how to shave with a manual razor....I was never taught and YouTube tutorials...nope...I still made myself bleed and gave myself scabs and I was in pain :(. I don't put it anywhere near my inner vaginal lips. But I wanted to use veet hair remover and then use unscented cetaphyl to moisturize the area. Is that ok? It was an arm and a leg to buy...almost 50$...

I use it every weekend and so far so good.
I have sensitive skin, so I do recommend it. 
I use it for my lower back, arms, upper lip and bikini area.

Funny story,
My sister said to never use it past your vagina lips because it WILL get irritated and will get a long lasting burning sensation, so be careful. I'm guessing she learned her lesson.

I've wanted to try this since I can never seem to actually shave properly... Always miss places or end up just stubbly and that is not sexy.

Does the product list the areas for intended use?

Well, if you are pregnant then no it's not safe but if you aren't then of course it's safe! It just depends on how your skin reacts to products like that
