Actively losing weight or I was. I've tried eating clean or have gotten a lot better. I calorie count exercise at least 3 days a week. Weights and cardio. On MFP if any one is interested. I've gained 4 lbs.! I know my husband is making fun of me. But I really want to be down 190 my Wednesday. I was at 194 now 198. (40 full lbs) I'm getting discouraged. Any help?? we are ttc and want to be at least 180 before I actually do get pregnant.
