On 18Sep at 40+4 our baby boy arrived via natural birth with no meds at a birthing centre. It was a long hard labour which ended up on the bed as he just wasn't coming out in the water, but he stayed stable throughout and is so healthy. Unfortunately my placenta didn't detach so I had to go to theatre for an epidural and DNC after all of that and lost a lot of blood so needed a transfusion, but it also gave baby and daddy some nice skin on skin time. The birthing centre we chose has a theatre and on call Gynea and aneathetist. And one night later we are all home and bonding as a family ❤️ love our little boy
