What helped you start labor?

Alright ladies getting to that point - if you did anything that you felt helped jump start labor please post!

Elliptical! But most of all - prayer and trusting God. The night before I went into labor I realized i was anxious, worried, and not at peace. After talking to my husband, I spent time praying to the Lord and sharing with him all my anxieties. I didn't necessarily ask him to start my labor, but just to give me peace in his plan. ....Woke up 5 hours later to my water breaking. !!

I'm a first time mom my baby was born at 38 +6 weeks.....I drank red raspberry leaf tea and pregnancy tea on Saturday night and I had those teas on Sunday morning too and my water broke at 1:30 Sunday afternoon I had my baby 2:16 this morning perfect delivery too maybe it was a coincidence but I'm thanking the tea

I tried everything walking, spicy food, squats, lunges, bouncing on a yoga ball, and sex but nothing has happen 😓😓😓. It helps some ppl but not everyone!!!

In the same day we had sex, ate something spicy & took a walk around the block. That night I started having contractions 😊 good luck!
