What did your PT app do when you got booted? Mine right now  just loads and loads... Someone asked the other day what happened to JJ and I politely commented "we can't talk about it or we ourselves get booted." And I think that might've gotten me kicked off. I didn't get an email though like the first time I got a strike. And to my knowledge I only have one strike.
