What kind of liability coverage do you have on your auto insurance?

Is auto insurance a legal requirement in the US? It is over here.

In florida youre only required to have personal injury protection. You don't have to have bodily injury. And working for a personal injury lawyer, I see tons of people driving with no coverage.

I choose to have bi insurance because you can't get um without it. Um is for when someone hits you but they either have no coverage or the bare minimum.

I have full coverage 100/50/50

In the UK, so comprehensive, which obviously covers accidents both ways, theft and damage etc.

To those of you saying "full coverage", please be aware that full coverage means you have liability coverage and coverage for yourself and your vehicle, but doesn't necessarily mean you have adequate coverage.
